SPLASHSHOPPER FOR ANDROID FOR ANDROID
I was led to your post via a Google Alert I'd set up for android handyshopper and was prepared to find yet another false hit, but I was ecstatic to see that my expectation was wrong! (The closest I could find was SplashShopper, but I can't buy an iPhone because my wife needs the Google Voice app and a Blackberry is out of the question.
