Could this function slow down the system too? Is there an option to disable this “auto automatic file link search” so that Jabref only starts looking for file if I start the process (e. So if a create a new entry it suggests me a file which name is identical to my bibtexkey. Question: Jabref now looks automatically for files. So for example now Jabref is opened with the database and without doing anything in there CPU is at around 30 %. At the same time CPU use by Jabref (which was also easily 90 % before, slowing down the system a lot and making filling in of fields a rather long lasting work and using the whole system was not a pleasure) is now reduced to around max. Removal of all groups helped a lot: RAM use dropped approximately from 1700 - 1800 MB to approx. RAM use and CPU load is similar to Bernd too.ĭisabling automatic backup in references didn’t help in my caseĭisabling auto completion in preferences didn’t lead to felt improvement I have a database with 6700 entries and many groups. Jabref freeze windows 10#
Eng.As written to aphalo below I’m experiencing similar problems as Bernd on Windows 10 (with Jabref 4.2 stable). It also shows that the deformation of frost heave and thaw collapse tends to a stable value along with the freeze-thaw cycles increasing. Comparison results show that the sample with a “loose top and dense bottom” structure deforms relatively small out of four types of layered samples. Comparisons are conducted on the four types of layered samples. All specimen show collapse during frost and heave while thaw in the first freeze-thaw cycle. I also tried the JabRef-3.2.JAR file on the computer that is having the problem above (Wndows 7, 64bit) and the also this version was not able to import the RIS file.
Jabref freeze update#
Test results show that it’s not always frost heave or thaw collapse during freeze-thaw cycles. Update I installed the same version on my Windows 7 (32bit) at home and it was able to import the RIS file. A self-developed one-dimensional freeze-thaw device is used to monitor the deformation of specimen during freeze-thaw cycles.
Jabref freeze series#
For better understanding on this excessive deformation and optimum design for cushion material, series laboratory tests are carried out on four types of samples with different layered structure. In cold area, the excessive deformation of cushion material may happen because of repeated frost heave and thaw collapse during freeze-thaw cycles. If the total or differential deformation of cushion material is too large, cracks may develop in concrete face or pavement, and even more destruction may happen to the whole structure. The deformation of the cushion material is dominant to the safety of the concrete face or pavement. Layered cushion material is widely used in concrete-faced rockfill dams and embankment of highway.
